Delivery

We deliver worldwide, except Russia. Let yourself be tempted by our creations!

All orders placed after 12:00 p.m. are dispatched the second working day.

The standard and express delivery times start from the dispatch of the order and not from the payment.

To Metropolitan France:

Apart from express delivery, delivery in mainland France is free.

- Colissimo - free: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch of your order.

- DHL express - 15 €: 24 working hours after dispatch of your order

To the rest of the world:

Free International shipping.

All orders placed after 12:00 p.m. are dispatched the second working day.

As soon as your order is dispatched by our warehouse, you will receive by email the information necessary to follow it up.

Customs and import charges are covered by miræ (only for delivery, not returns)!

You will not have to pay any additional payment upon receipt of the package.

Return and Refund

You have 15 days after the reception of your package to return or exchange all or part of your order.

You also have the possibility to return your order for a voucher valid for 6 months. With this option, you get an extra 10 euros gift!

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and clean. Please note that items returned without the label cannot be refunded.

It is necessary to slip the delivery note (sheet received in your initial package) in the package so that we can identify your order and proceed with the refund or exchange. 

For France:

Returns for items that are not on sale free in France!

Please follow the following steps:

1. Make sure that you have all the necessary elements for a return (time limit and condition of the item respected).

2. Please slip the delivery note (sheet received in your initial package) into your return package and complete it, making sure that the order number and your first and last name are included.

3. Please go to the "Return" section in the footer in miraeparis.com .

4. Fill in the required fields and print your return slip.

5. Stick the return slip on the outside of the package.

6. Drop the package off at the post office before the 15 days end date from the reception of your package.


For sale items, we do not offer free returns in France. The shipping cost (5.50 euros) for your return will be deducted from the refund. Please follow the steps described above.


For the Euro zone:

We do not offer free returns outside of France; A return fee will be charged.

Why don't we offer free returns? We reduce our margins to offer you a more accessible price. That's why we don't include the cost of returns in the price of our products. We do this to be as transparent with you as possible! The refund will be made upon receipt of your return package in our warehouse, within approximately 10 days.

You have a period of 15 days from receipt of your package to return all or part of your order. You therefore have 15 days to drop off your return at the post office.

Allow about 10 working days for your return to be processed by our Logistics Department.
